About Us
The Kita Yama School of Classical Japanese Martial Arts opened in Phoenix in 1994. “The Kita Yama School of Classical Japanese Martial Arts” is a registered DBA name in the State of Arizona. We are a branch dojo of the classical tradition Kaze Arashi Ryu, with supervision by fully licensed (menkyokaiden) instructors. We are recognized within that tradition as the Kita Yama Dojo.
